I would highly recommend James if you are buying a home in Metro-Detroit. He's very responsive and client focused. He's not afraid to roll up his sleeves and put in the time to get a closing across the finish line even with the most difficult of Sellers. He consistently goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his clients and has helped many of my friends and family members find homes.

Buying a house during these times was difficult to say the least. With the competitiveness of the market, it felt like it was a constant stream of bad luck. There was a time or two it felt easier to try again next year, but I was glad to have James in my corner. With each showing, offer, non-acceptance or hoop to jump through James never lost steam. Even when I wanted to give up James kept me going and hopeful and now I am happy to say I finally have a home and it was all worth it in the end. Thank you James! :)
