Mr. Klucznik serves as in-house counsel for the firm, handling general corporate legal affairs and contract matters, including those concerning the purchase and sale of real estate, commercial leasing and project financing. Mr. Klucznik also performs sophisticated financial modeling and pro forma feasibility analysis of development projects.
Mr. Klucznik is a past member of the Planning and Zoning Commission in East Granby, Connecticut, an elected position he held from 2000 to 2005.
