About James

2022 marks the 34th year that James has been a realtor in Virginia. He entered into this business and received his license in 1988 after his grandfather sold their family farm in Western Loudoun County. He received his broker license in 1991. He has been a Top Producer every year since the early 1990's, and he also served on the Dulles Association of Realtors. His service areas are Loudoun, Clarke, Fauquier, Frederick and Fairfax counties.

Real estate was a welcoming challenge, and, after all these years, he is as passionate about real estate today as he was back then. He is fortunate to sell real estate in the place he was born and raised. The community of family, friends, and folks he has worked with over the years continue to make this place a familiar home.

He is blessed to be with Washington Fine Properties in Middleburg, Virginia as an agent and the principal broker. Honest hard work, determination, and faith have rewarded him greatly in 34 years. Outside of God and his family, he is driven by the people he has had the honor to work with over the years.

He can say without a doubt that God has been most important in his life and in this business, and he would not be the realtor he is today without Him. In addition to his faith, he is continually inspired by his wife Theresa and their six children.
