I’ve worked in real estate for over 15 years and currently serve as Vice President & Associate Broker at McWilliams Ballard, Inc. To date, I’ve personally handled over 1700 successful real estate transactions and grossed over $600 million dollars in total sales. I’ve handled the entire gamut of real estate transactions from single family homes to complex mixed-use real estate projects with hundreds of units. More recently, I’ve managed the sales process for a 73 unit townhome development & a 248 unit high rise condominium, both of which set records for highest sales volume achieved for the year (over $146 million), fastest absorption year over year (over 100 homes sold) & highest price per square foot within their respective submarkets.
