He was one of the very few realtors who had the foresight and integrity to warn his clients from purchasing homes during the subprime era, helping his clients to keep their equity and from the ruins of financial crisis.

He is most proud of this same advice he gave to three single moms. Even though he would have made more money, James strongly believed that every realtor should look out for his clients’ best interests. Ultimately, his audacious advice saved these individuals thousands of dollars, or even their homes.
