James. What can I say about him? He was a true blessing. He has been there through all of our trials and tribulations we had going on. He was and is a Godsend. He is absolutely one of the best agents I have ever worked with and I tried working with a few but James treated me and my husband as if we were his family and was always on top of his game. Very professional knows his stuff and will work hard for you from beginning to end and even after. He is not just an agent we met in our home buying adventure he is now part of our family. First my response to the prior question is that I was handled with the upmost level of professionalism. The homes that I was shown were all good quality and good valve. And most of all the responsive time was as if I was this only client.
I felt that James first of all listened to what my needs are and what my disabilities are. In all of the homes he showed me reflected my needs. His knowledge of the areas, homes, homes structures, and design is vast and immeasurable. He truly cared for his client(s). He doesn't just show homes he helps rebuild lives.

I’ve bought and sold 10 or more homes in 5 states over 30 years. It seemed to me that all agents missed telltale signs about a house, didn’t return calls, overlooked paperwork details, and handed off key responsibilities to others on their “team.” Until I met James. He is, hands down, the most knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough agent you could possibly hope for. He’s represented us both buying and selling, and every transaction was flawless. His knowledge of towns and neighborhoods is incredible. His thoroughness and attention to every tiny detail is amazing. His smart, firm, but fair approach to pricing and negotiating should be the model for every real estate transaction. In short, you cannot find a real estate agent who will represent you more effectively.

Beyond any reasonable doubt, James Maltsberger is the Best agent I've ever experienced. His commitment to customer service is exceptional and his level of professionalism is A+. My family and I put our home on the market with James on a Thursday and left town for vacation. By the time we got back Monday morning the house was under contract and was sold shortly after. Throughout the entire process, which lasted just under a month, James an I communicated daily and he left no stone unturned. He is completely detailed and will ensure your best interest are at the forefront. I can't say enough about Mr. Maltsberger. He was truly a blessing to my family.
