James Mangan

Colosseum Properties was founded by James M. Mangan in 2014. James was born and raised in Kissimmee, Florida giving him an accute sense for the growth that Central Florida has endured over the last 30 plus years. After graduating high school, James enlisted in the United States Army as an airbrone infantryman where he served with the 1/508th PIR in Vicenza Italy. Upon receiving an honorable discharge, Mr. Mangan returned to Central Florida where he enrolled at the University of Central Florida and received a Bachelors Degree in Business Manganment.

With his degree in hand, James decided to venture into the world of Real Estate. He worked as a real estate leasing and sales agent for Schoolfield Properties, Inc. for ten years and partnered with them on numerous deals and developments during his tenure. Mr. Mangan has brought multiple developments and users to the greater Central Florida area inlcuding Gator's Dockside, Harbor Community Bank (formerly Banco Popular), Dollar Tree, Dunkin Donuts, Dollar General, Jiffy Lube, Taco Bell, Family Dollar, and many more.
