Mr. Martin’s experience includes 35 years in the areas of entitlement, land planning, building design oversight, property,and business development and is especially well known for his design, construction, and management of state of the art self storage projects accredited nationally for assisting in revolutionizing the self storage industry. Additionally, Mr. Martin has developed and managed wholly owned class A office, retail, medical , institutional properties and quality of life luxury residential communities.

Mr. Martin has extensive experience in aquisition and sale of commercial and residential assets, loan restructures, acquisition and disposition of distressed assets, property foreclosure and different types of loan structures including CMBS, finance through life companies, SBA, USDA, refinance, conventional and bridge lending finance.
