James Mazzerina

Jim is a “Jersey boy” originally from north Jersey in the Totowa, Little Falls area. He made the move to Stafford about 32 years ago, after finding the perfect waterfront home. Jim and his wife, Jan, continue to enjoy the area as do their family.
A business owner all his life, Jim decided to start a full time career in real estate about 15 years ago. He based his new career on his knowledge of the area and the extensive network of friends and relationships he has built over the years of business and community involvement. Jim soon discovered he got a real kick out of helping first time homebuyers and seniors looking to retire or downsize in this area. His 32 years of living on the water make the vacation home market a natural for him.
The more Jim learned about real estate, the more he realized he needed to learn. So he went back to school and earned the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation which is a benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. Jim also achieved the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation and is trained to work with and guide senior clients through real estate transactions. Through his hard work of listing and selling homes, Jim continued to earn knowledge through education and was awarded a CRS designation (Council of Residential Specialists)
