Professional experience: James is a graduate of Washington University with a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics. Prior to working in the real estate industry, he worked with Deloitte & Touch© where he performed a variety of consultant services for Fortune 500 companies (such as Boeing, Microsoft, Nordstrom, Weyerhaeuser, etc). Going a bit further, he also worked Nordstrom the Corporate Finance. His professional certifications include being a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designee, Realtor, Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Internet Specialist (IMS), and Accredited Home-Staging Specialist (AHS). James also maintains a few designations from his corporate years, including the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
