From the minute I called Jim to ask for his help in selling our beloved family home following my mom's passing, he was both thoughtful and thorough, which continued throughout navigating the various moving parts involved in selling an estate house, including managing multiple personalities of the respective family members involved, in addition to the usual suspects of lawyers, realtors, inspectors.

His diligence and consideration appealed to the "business transaction" family members, as well as the "we want someone who will shepherd the house to the next 3 generations" family members. This is no easy feat when a large family is involved, but Jim managed to juggle all of it with grace and tact, and also got us the best price!

The whole process, done while a family is grieving, can be very delicate to maneuver. We are grateful to have had Jim at the helm.
