James McCulloch

James McCulloch has lived in Northern Virginia his entire life, from Fairfax County to Loudoun County, and then Fairfax again. He has been immersed in real estate since birth, with his entire family is working in some facet of the industry. He graduated from Loudoun Valley High School and went on the graduate magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from George Mason University He worked in new homes during his undergraduate career. After graduating, he spent 6 years as a financial analyst at the Raytheon Company before returning to George Mason to complete his Master’s in Economics. During his graduate studies, he focused on macroeconomic trends in real estate and acquired his real estate license. He linked up with Pearson Smith after graduation to join the family business and follow his real estate dreams.
