Jim is a fantastic Realtor, as a first time buyer he helped me understand the process every step of the way. He is very quick to respond to new listings that pop up on the market and was able to show me quite a few within my criteria. When Bidding on houses Jim would look into other comparable houses in the area so that I wouldn't accidently throw in a bit that was for way more than the house would appraise for. Once I won a bid Jim and his team worked hard to ensure that everything went smoothly so that I didn't have to worry about a thing, and we were actually done with the whole process a week before the closing date.
