James McWhorter brings more than 37 years of Management experience in Finance, Accounting and Real Estate. Mr. McWhorter has been personally responsible for the real estate sales totaling $1.7 BILLION. Over the past sixteen years, James has been instrumental in the successful opening and closing of thirty-nine urban, single-family, and adaptive re-use new home communities from dirt through every stage during development. In addition to his many accomplishments James has been successful at the liquidation of many distressed assets. Training and employee development has also been a passion since early in his career. James is often looked to for qualified training in all areas of Real Estate, Investment Analysis and Marketing.

Prior to working in real estate, Mr. McWhorter worked for more than two decades in Mergers, Acquisitions and Banking where he managed budgeting, planning, and forecasting for operating budgets more than $125MM per annum. Throughout his career, he has participated in the due diligence reviews of over 1,100 companies for acquisition or merger.
