James Morris

James has been involved with the development of all types of properties for over 35 years. With James extensive construction and property development background, he is uniquely qualified to Evaluate, Renovate, and Acquire Properties for clients. As a Listing Agent, the Marketing, Audio Visual, Web and People skills James has developed as President and CEO of multiple companies, enables him to represent sellers of properties, in a manner that will bring in buyers, and award the seller with the highest possible price.

James started a window cleaning business when he was 17 years old which grew into a General Contracting Firm with offices throughout The State of California by the time, he was 30 years old. After 30 years in the construction Industry, James decided he wanted to go back to his first love, Real Estate.

While keeping his own company intact, James also went to work with Alain Pinel Realtors in Saratoga CA and studied organized Real Estate with Carol Burnett as his mentor and other top producers at APR for 5 years, becoming a top producer himself.

In 2018 James felt he had learned what he came to APR to learn and reformed his own company as James Morris Homes and continues along with his team to be a Top Producer in the San Francisco Bay Area.

James has continued to expand his reach in the Real Estate Industry by Partnering with Real Estate Experts

James is also an accomplished film maker and photographer, as well as an amazing audio producer, pioneering the techniques of live concert, fan interactive videos.
