Jim, a Chicago-area native, is well-versed in the city's many neighborhoods and suburbs. He specializes in the lakefront communities, which include the many neighborhoods of Chicago from the South Loop to Rogers Park, Edgewater to Edgebrook, Lakeview to Logan Square, Evanston to Barrington and Oak Park to Oak Brook. Jim chose to specialize in these areas because he was born and raised in Barrington Hills, and has been an Edgewater resident since 1990. In addition, Jim served as a sales agent for Museum Park & Enterprise Development in the South Loop, where he helped build and sell over 3,000 condos and townhomes from 1999-2010.
Jim has a B.A in Economics, B.A. in Business, an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts and is a Certified Luxury Listing Specialist. Prior to Residential Real Estate, Jim was President of Stonegate Properties, Inc. where he developed, leased & managed over 1 million square feet of commercial real estate.
