James, a 25-year resident of King County prides himself on his concierge approach to helping buyers and sellers and is dedicated to helping others achieve their dreams. James prides himself on his attention to detail, critical and creative thinking and perseverance. No one is more knowledgeable of both local market trends and the larger economic picture. He has appeared on FOX, CNN and CBS a number of times to discuss local Real Estate. James is a skillful strategist and accomplished negotiator always desiring the best possible outcome for his clients.

As a SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) James feels it’s an honor to help senior citizens with their Real Estate needs and provides ‘hands-on’ expertise through each phase of the home buying and selling process.

James is known for his positive attitude. You’ll almost always find him with a smile on his face and contagious enthusiasm. He values honesty and likes to set the bar high and then do everything in his power to sail over that bar. Past clients have referred to him as dedicated, responsible, motivated, and caring.

Outside of real estate, James is extremely passionate about his wife Marlisa and daughters Audrey and Natalie and would do anything for them. He enjoys fly-fishing and tennis and does both frequently. He’s also won 5 Emmy awards for producing and directing television programs and once made 57 free throws in a row!
