While living in Toronto, Canada, Jimmy started a successful property management company which he subsequently sold before transitioning full-time into real estate. He moved to Texas to study business management at the University of Houston and worked in technology sales for many years. While in college, he bought and restored his first two homes, which piqued his passion for real estate.
