The process was streamlined and free of hassle thanks to his help on and off hours.
He also has had the courtesy of checking in on us in our new home post-sale.

James Roche has great personal qualities. Hard-working. Thoughtful. With great follow-through, which can be hard to find in the tough business of real estate. As psychologist looking for office space, I am a pretty small fish in a large pond. Yet he treated me like a VIP. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Like others have mentioned, James is incredibly hard working and every day goes out of his way to bring success to others. He can juggle a ton of competing priorities and still take that extra step for clients. In my experience, he has been professional, friendly and has an ability to connect with others that I find admirable, he makes everyone feel comfortable in situations that tend to be high stress (never-ending contract negotiations, for example). I know how incredibly hard the Boston market is, due to the insanity of rent prices and the number of landlords who just don't seem to care, but he helps you through that. I know he is a long term (25+ years) Boston resident, and he helped to reset my expectations and streamlined the process and find what worked for us. I recommend him to all my friends, and have witnessed a great success when multiple friends found their houses through him, from Cambridge, to Dedham, to all over the state if you want!

I have known James for a few years and have found him to be an incredible resource here in Boston. He knows the city so well and goes out of his way to find what you want (and what is a good fit!). He is hard working and speaks up for his clients which I found really refreshing in an agent.
