The process of buying a home should be as special as the home itself. Scott Bradley makes the process seamless, enjoyable and special. For starters, Scott is a native "eastender" and was able to provide insight into all areas and into the buying process that only a local can do for you. Every phone call, email or question we had during the buying process was promptly answered with a smile and willingness to help. For me this was one of the most important parts of the process: feeling welcome to reach out at any point with any question. Scott provided insight to the buying process that we wouldn't have understood on our own.
Anyone can research homes on their own, but when you work with a professional like Scott you are given confidence in your choices.
Scott goes above and beyond. He attended our inspection for us when we were unable to attend, offered POA for our closing during the pandemic and was always a step ahead of us with calls, emails and communication. Lastly, and most importantly, Scott is an honest and all around great guy. With Scott, buying a home is SPECIAL, not transactional.

The best analogy I can give to working with Scott is the difference between Private Client versus Commercial Banking. The depth and breadth of Scott's knowledge coupled with his access to resources (inspection, water test, survey, zoning, legal and contracting) made him the perfect partner for us in our search and eventual close on a house in Amagansett. His style is very collaborative and consultative. Scott helped us strategize on bidding and, in a competitive environment, I am convinced we would not have closed without Scott's advice. HUGE thumb's up - Scott is outstanding!
