James Scuttina, Co-Founder and Broker of Scuttina Signature Real Estate Group, earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from St. Joseph’s College in New York and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Long Island University in New York. Upon graduation, James embarked upon a stellar career as a National Accounts Manager and Sales Executive for Computer Associates International, one of the world’s most prestigious IT management software providers.
Moving in 2005 to West Palm Beach, Florida, James began his career in Real Estate and has been a fixture in the South Florida Real Estate marketplace since opening Scuttina Real Estate Group in 2010. Scuttina Real Estate Group was established as a full-service firm known for outstanding customer service and specializing in high end residential and commercial sales, rentals, and leasing throughout South Florida. Nine years later, James merged his growing West Palm Beach office with the Signature Real Estate companies, maintaining his number one priority to provide quality comprehensive Real Estate services to every client. This attention to detail coupled with a strong work ethic defines James Scuttina’s approach to remaining successful as a Real Estate Broker-Owner.
An advocate of remaining current and knowledgeable in all facets of the Real Estate industry, James has earned numerous designations as a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). He has received the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), and the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certifications (SFR), and holds a Florida Mortgage Broker license.
In addition to working with clients on a daily basis, James is an active manager, recruiter, skilled negotiator, and consultant. James is constantly searching for ways to encourage and adopt new ideas to increase business opportunities for himself and his loyal, dedicated staff.
