James Shurte

My name is James Shurte. I am a real estate professional in the Brevard County, Space Coast area. I have called Melbourne and beaches my home for over 25 years. I have decided it is the best place to raise my young daughter. I enjoy the people, the culture, and many outdoor activities available to us here.
In my practice of real estate I am well known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction; buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents. Many other agents do not share the same philosophy, in which I have made it a priority to ensure that there is a better way. My approach to any transaction is this, "it is all about people, not the transaction". My goal is always to help as many people as I can sell or purchase homes in Central Florida. I know the importance of communication and I know what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless!
