James Simmons

James was born and raised in Habersham County but now resides in Homer, GAwith his wife, Dana, and daughter, Audri. Dana is an assistant principal for Banks County Elementary School. They are active in the community and serve at their church, The Torch Worship Center.

After serving over 16 years in law enforcement coupled with four years of experience in flooring installation, he transitioned to a career in real estate. He has traveled the roads of Habersham, Hall, Banks, and Jackson County frequently as a deputy and knows the surrounding areas very well.
