James Talbot

Jim is a lifelong resident of the Candlewood Lake area. He resides on Candlewood Lake in New Fairfield, CT with his wife Laura where they raised their two children. Jim first received his Real Estate license in 1989 when the market and economic downturns mirrored much of what we all have faced this past decade. In 1993 he was offered a CFO & GM position for a communications agency in Manhattan. After 12+ years of commuting into NYC, Jim felt it was time for a change and to pursue his true passion for Real Estate. Jim has never thought of his work as “sales”. It’s all about bringing buyers and sellers together and helping people to either find what they are looking for or to help them move on to the next chapter in their lives.
