James Thomley studied Music Performance at the University of North Texas, and during the Clinton and Bush Administrations played clarinet for the White House as a member of “The President’s Own.” James also served in both the Army and Marine Corps as an active-duty Staff Sergeant for eight years. In September of 2012, He found his opportunities to be greater by moving to RLAH in Washington, DC. This move proved to be rewarding at many levels. James’ experience, past and present, gives him the ability to provide superior customer service to a broad range of clients.

From my earliest inquiries, James offered helpful advice, was knowledgeable, responsive, and practical. The signing and virtual closing were easy and without stress. James and his team are the absolute best in DC. James guided me to sell my condo and buy a new condo. My condo sold for more than expected based on James knowledge of the market. My condo was on the market for less than 48 hours. He also knew exactly how much I should pay for my new condo. I got the first condo I put a bid on even in the crazy DC market. James and his team went beyond my expectations. He was available and responsive any time of day. He also introduced me to the banks with the lowest interest rates on the market. I can't recommend James enough if you looking for a realtor.
