Jim helped my parents during their home search process in the Columbus area in Summer 2021. The real estate market was hot and very competitive. Jim helped my parents find a wonderful community to buy in -- a new build in process with a fantastic builder. Jim was there for every step of the negotiation process in signing on for this home, and throughout the completion of the build. It was so helpful to have Jim with his expertise and experience supporting us during the build to make sure that everything was executed per the contract. We are so happy that we worked with Jim on this home search for my parents. I had worked with Jim three years ago in the purchase of my own home, which was also a competitive experience and required the support of an experienced and professional realtor.

We have used Jim for two home purchases every time he is always incredible responsive from getting the opportunity to see a showing, to getting contracts in first day. In this hectic market in central Ohio you want an agent that will give you the ability to see a showing on a drop of a hat, and Jim is that type of agent. His professionalism and insight are top notch. Highly recommend if looking to buy or sell a home.
