James Wales

Jim Wales considers himself to be a "Semi-Native" of Colorado since he has lived there for the vast majority of my life. Jim moved to Evergreen as a child with his family in 1980 and has been a witness to all the growth in this great state.

Jim is fortunate to be able to call Evergreen his home, and to be where he works! There is a great sense of community in Evergreen, and he is proud to be able to raise a family here as well.

Jim became a realtor after being a local banker in the area. As a banker and citizen of Evergreen he personally witnessed the growth and development in the community and along the Denver Front Range. He chose to become a realtor due to his love of the area and desire to create new relationships with people who share the same enthusiasm.
