James Wright

James J Wright graduated from Cal Poly University, San Luis Obispo where he majored in International Business and minored in Spanish. He began his career in entertainment as a project manager for a Hispanic television program, which in turn sparked his interest in international real estate. He currently owns and operates property in Costa Rica. As a South Bay resident for over two decades his knowledge of the area and people is unmatched. James enjoys working with his clients to help them achieve all of their real estate goals, whether local or abroad while making each transaction a pleasant experience. While his past studies and work experience have taken him around the world, he is very happy to call the South Bay his home, and he looks forward to helping you make it yours.
