James J Wright graduated from Cal Poly University, San Luis Obispo where he majored in International Business and minored in Spanish. He began his career in entertainment as a project manager for a Hispanic television program, which in turn sparked his interest in international real estate. He currently owns and operates property in Costa Rica. As a South Bay resident for over two decades his knowledge of the area and people is unmatched.
