I would highly recommend James Zimmerman of Iron Valley real estate, mg wife and I are retired and decided to downsize our home in New Jersey and move to our life long dream of Southern Lancaster county. James is very knowledgeable of the area and was patient with us looking for our dream home.!Wr looked at quite a few homes. Throughout our search James was professional-courteous-and had the experience to guide us to our dream home., even a few times talking to us when we wanted to purchase shoemaker that was larger than the one we just sold (he kept reminding us we were downsizing. James was one of the most professional and personable realtors we have ever worked with. He took the time to get to know us personally and the house needs of our family. He was patient and knowledgeable about all things house related. When we found “the one” he helped us jump on it right away and seemed as happy for us when it was accepted as we were. It was a pleasure working with James! Despite the difficult market, he kept my spirits up as we searched for my first home. James was informative and helpful for every stage of the process. He would point out possible issues with homes we looked at together. He’d remember personal details about me and related it to the homes we looked at. He walked me through all the paperwork. He answered all my (stupid) questions and offered great advice. It would have been a nightmare without James on my team! I would definitely recommend him!
