Jami helped me find a condo about 18 months ago. I was looking to purchase, renovate and then sell. I was quite nervous but determined. Jami has a background in construction so he was able to estimate how much repairs would cost. We looked at many properties.He was quite patient. We both wanted the right fit. He submitted several contracts. Finally, we found the perfect condo.My offer was accepted! I purchased it, remodeled it and put it on the market. It sold for full price in 4 days. I am looking for another place to purchase and, of course, Jami is my agent. I would highly recommend Jami, he is knowledgeable and patient. I learned lots about contracts, houses and neighborhoods. Jami helped my wife and I find a perfect spot to live. This was our first time searching for a home and we were both initially overwhelmed by the whole process. Jami did a great job of helping us define our needs and finding listings for us to view.

We had been through two other agents before we met Jami, and he made the process monumentally easier, and honestly, much more enjoyable, than the previous agents had. Not only were we able to send Jami homes we wanted to see, he also sent us recommendations of homes in our price range that he thought we might be interested in. He was always available and willing to see homes when we wanted to view them, and trust me, we saw a ton of homes. With all of the websites out there, I had honestly questioned the value of a real estate agent other than opening the doors for us to get into houses we chose – I thought it was almost pointless to have to go through an agent. But in the end, Jami was the one who found the home we ended up buying, one that we never considered before he told us to go through it. Even when the closing didn’t go smoothly (all due to complications on the seller’s end), Jami was always by our side, keeping us informed of every development every step of the way. In the end, it was because Jami had our backs and was looking out for us for being the only reason we were able to close on the house and move into our dream home. We were incredibly fortunate to find Jami, and would certainly recommend him to anyone who is interested in an agent, and we will definitely use him whenever we decide to sell our home.
