Jamie and Donna have been nothing but exceptional in our home buying process. They have answered any and all of our questions or concerns. Both Jamie and Donna are very knowledgeable and if on the small chance they cannot give you an honest answer on something they have multiple contacts that they can collaborate with to get you what you need. An example of this would be when my wife and I were looking at a house with Jamie and Donna, we had a question of the cost of adding an exterior door to a bricked garage. Jamie could have just given us a random number for a rough estimate and went on about his day but instead he called up a contractor that he was familiar with and explained the situation and was able to give us a more accurate estimate. Honestly it is bitter sweet that they have found my wife and I our dream home, because this means we will not be spending weekends looking at houses with this lovely couple anymore. I could not recommend a better realtor and we would choose them again in a heartbeat!

Jamie and Dona did an outstanding job getting us settled in a home in North Alabama. It was more work since we live in Minnesota, but they were beyond qualified. We now feel like we have two great friends in Alabama already.

Donna and Jamie were a joy to work with! Donna was always available to answer our questions not only about listings but also about home buying in general. She always kept me updated with where we were at and even had many recommendations when it came to things we needed. We feel like we chose the perfect realtors to give us advice as first time home buyers and they worked tirelessly to get us exactly what we wanted! Jamie and Donna were absolutely fantastic to work with! They went above and beyond on getting our house sold as well as helping us to navigate a tricky house build. Days before closing on the house that we were selling, our buyers had to back out for medical reasons; Donna got it back on the market within a couple minutes, called previously interested buyers over the next few hours, and got it sold again that day. Donna helped to blue tape a new construction build gone wrong and help us to communicate more efficiently with the builders to get closed by our closing date. We would recommend and use their services 100 times over! Thank you so much for all your help and support in our building/selling adventures!

Jamie and Donna go above and beyond in their roles! I feel they took every extra step to make sure that me and my fiancé stayed informed and educated as we sought our first home. They stayed in close communication, were clear and consistent on all fronts, and treated us like we were more than just homebuyers; They treated us like friends and family.
