Jamie Fosgate has been working in Retail for the past 20 years. His career evolved into procuring and negotiating vendor deals for 800 locations that totaled in the 100’s of millions of dollars. The key to his success has been the art of the deal, finding common ground amongst all parties and executing on the highest of levels. Mr. Fosgate is now bringing those experiences into one of his greatest passions — Real Estate. Moving from NYC where he lived for over 10 years into Westchester was a completely immersive experience that ignited his competitive juices to finding the perfect home for his family. He understands the importance of finding that exact right fit for one’s family and will work tirelessly for you to make it happen.

Jamie is a resident of the Mystic Pointe neighborhood in Ossining, New York, where he lives with his wife and two children. He is knowledgeable about many of the communities that are within Westchester and will help navigate you on your search for either a single family home or townhouse living.
