Jamie was a referral from another couple she sold a home to on Emerald Isle and what a joy she was to work with! We were purchasing from out of town and Jamie was our eyes for this investment and was willing to go and look at anything that peaked our interest. She was easily available for any questions or concerns and provided us with all the formation we needed up until closing. Recommend Jamie highly for your real estate needs in the Emerald Isle area! Jamie was our realtor when we purchased a 2nd home and was wonderful to work with. We do not live in the area and she not only helped us view things remotely but she made herself available when we spontaneously decided to see something in person. She provided insights on potential rental income and tradeoffs between locations. She also provided great local professional references to get us through the process of buying, ran down every detail and has been great as we settle into owning our new home. Thank you Jamie!

Jamie was wonderfully efficient throughout this process and kept me informed throughout. I have not sold a property since 1983 and so her expertise and knowledge of beach property sales was wonderful to have. I will miss my beach home which we had built in 1992 and will miss Emerald Isle, a lovely family oriented community.
