When our family began the task of searching for a new location to live, we had considered and interviewed a couple different real-estate agents. Jamie is knowledgeable of local and rural markets. She was instrumental in getting my repairs after inspection taken care of. She, along with another agent, sold my farm and got me into another place quickly. I bought a fixer upper and can not wait for Jamie to post my before and after pictures on the website. The only regret I have is that my property is not large enough for my one horse as we originally thought it would be.

I want you all to understand this broker is my sister. Sometimes when family members are selling family property things can get testy. This did not happen with Jamie. She educated me on how to best sell the house (interior/exterior/yard) in the Charlotte (staging? really?!) market. She was direct and resourceful. Jamie Leggett is by far the best realtor you will ever find. She has become our family agent...she helped my sister and brother-in-law sell and buy a home, then my parents, and now me! She went over and way beyond the call of duty in helping me sell my house and find a new home that was perfect for me and my son. I had no idea of what to even look at in buying a new home. My former home was new construction, and a totally different experience. The other realtors that worked with the people that were selling their homes didn't offer the suggestions or pose questions that should have been posed. I saw a few families get the wind knocked out of them after an inspection revealed issues they never thought of. That's not the case with Jamie.
