Jamie and her teammate Julie Constantine, are a blessing in my life. Jamie walked me through the listing process, supported me through the moving and staging of my home for showings, answered all of my questions and barreled through all and any obstacles to success. She scheduled the photographer quickly and got the house listed with all the beautiful photos, and scheduled an open house right away. She helped and advised me tirelessly, always with a friendly and helpful manner, no matter how nervous and short-tempered I sometimes became. Selling my home was stressful for me, an end of an era, but Jamie helped me step by step and was always available by text and email. Her negotiation skills are the very best and together we selected the best offer of the multiple offers I received the very next day after listing. Now I'm in my new home with no worries, thanks in great part to Jamie and the Coldwell Banker team. Thank you.

In the last year, I used Jamie for a purchase and sale. She was the best. For the purchase, I was coming from out of state and she set aside plenty of time to show me multiple properties, until we found the perfect one. For my sale, she helped me stage the space to get the most return. We ended up selling over list price, with multiple offers. I would definitely use Jamie's expertise and knowledge if I decide to sell/buy again.
