Trey Yaun, with The Jamie Moorman Team, is hands down the best! From start to finish he was there with us every step of the way. Prior to listing, he stayed in touch with us and offered assistance where he could to help us get our home prepared to go on the market. Once we were ready to list, he got the ball rolling quickly. It went under contract within a few days! While we were looking for our new home, Trey showed us numerous homes until he found exactly what we wanted! He was extremely patient and honest with us and always made us feel like we were his number one priority. He answered all of our many questions quickly and made sure we understood every step of the transaction. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases we make in our lives and we are so glad we had Trey by our side! He is the man!

Trey is without a doubt phenomenal Real Estate Agent and person!! As a first time home buyer coming back from overseas, Trey took on a hefty work load educating me about the process and completing things I was incapable of physically doing in person. He kept me informed the entire time while remote and walked me through every step. From my perspective, his biggest value is getting families in the absolute perfect home for them, and settling for nothing less. He is very personable, knowledgeable, responsive, a great adviser, negotiator and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of. I recent purchased my first home (June 2023) and I had the pleasure of working with Trey Yuan as my realtor. I think scheduled nearly 15 home viewings with him. He was always on time, quick responses for scheduling every home (a few times I scheduled multiple viewings in the same day and he would have every home mapped out due proximity of the first showing of that day - made it easier and faster to see all homes on that day) and very patient with me as a first time home buyer. Not only did he answer every question I had throughout but also he explained what should be expected from my lender in the process. He eased the process of scheduling for the home inspection and pest inspection. I highly recommended Trey to anyone who is looking to purchase a home.

. Because of Jamie’s connections, I was able to put in an offer on a home that had not yet hit the market. She also connected me with a mortgage broker that offered discounts with the particular builder of the new construction. Jamie and Shari have also been very supportive with recommended service providers I have needed after the purchase.
Jamie is HOCO guru - very well connected here and saved me a good bit of time by directing me to service providers that she personally knew and/or used- from furniture to fencing to blinds- even giving me tips on buying local appliance
All around super experience !!!
We have connected a few times after the purchase regarding other business matters.. They remain top notch even after the sale.

Payton Johnson is the real deal.

We were first time home buyers and didn't really know how to navigate the home buying experience. I imagine we needed a lot more hand holding than other prospective buyers when it came to our realtor. The first Realtor we connected with on Zillow was terrible. So much so that we put in a request to work with someone else. That's when we met Payton.

Payton was absolutely fantastic. He really went above and beyond in, not only helping us find a home, but also understanding the complicated dynamics of the home-buying process. He did his homework and made us consider things we hadn't thought of before. He was patient with us even as we made him show us SEVERAL homes! And he made us feel like he was in our corner.

While living overseas we received a 60 day notice for our rental property from the tenant. Not long after the notice we chose the option to sell the property.
After spending some time on the internet I've found the perfect realtor! Zillow was one of the website I used to get access of sales and listings in the past months and was able to pick the realtor with the most sales in the area. After contacting Jamie Moorman we decided to list with her and were highly impressed how she kept us well informed while the tenant was still at the property and after move out. Since we weren't able to be there physically we completely relied on Jamie's judgement. Her assistant was also very responsive. After a few days of vacancy we received a offer and accepted! Throughout the home inspection till the final closing Jamie and Shari were giving us updates on the repairs and checking on the final steps the property manager needed to accomplish.
Jamie Moorman and her team were there all the way, her team was giving us piece of mind and while living overseas reducing the stress level of selling our property!
