Hello! Let me introduce myself, my name is Jamie Ritchie and I've been helping people buy and sell homes full-time since 2009. I joined the Real Estate Industry and Wendt Key Team Realty in June of 2007 as the Closing Coordinator. In September 2009 I acquired my Real Estate License and in August 2014 I acquired my Brokers License. I have closed over 300 transactions since 2009! I bring 20+ years of customer service to the Team, having worked with lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, real estate agents, and of course customers and clients. I've also been awarded the Ohio Association of REALTORS President's Sales Club Award of Achievement from 2011-2015, 2018 and Award of Distinction in 2016-17, 2019-20. I was also recognized in 2013 by the Firelands Association of REALTORS for Outstanding Efforts & Results in Community Service on the Real Estate Professionals Committee. Lifelong Sandusky County resident and graduated from Fremont Ross High School, attended Terra Community College for business management and Hondros College for Real Estate. I still reside in Fremont with my husband of 19 years, Troy, and our two children. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, photography, traveling & decorating.
