About Jamison

In June of 2016, he made a transition. He left the changing seasons and cold weather of Western Pennsylvania and relocated his family to the sunshine state, settling in the beautiful rolling hills of Central Florida. He joined his mother and sister in selling real estate at the Trout Team. His prior experience in manufacturing served as a perfect foundation for his new career in real estate. As a machinist, attention to detail was paramount, and he recognized that selling real estate is all about the details. Listening to the needs and wants of buyers and sellers is one of his strengths, and his past experiences in buying and selling motivated him to make transactions as smooth as possible. In his first year in real estate sales, he received his local board's "Rookie of the Year" award. He also earned the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designation, which provides him with valuable insights when working with people retiring to Central Florida. He is always continuing his education to stay at the forefront of real estate trends. He and his team go the extra mile!
