Jammie was an absolute lifesaver. We picked the absolute worst time to list our house and she was with us every step of the way. From late night panic questions to early morning clarifications. I love that she was always honest with us and made sure we knew what was going on through each step. She was able to get our house sold with a very tight window since my husband got orders to a new state. She really is amazing.

Run, don't walk, to your phone and call Jammie if you're in need of a Realtor in the Maryland or Virginia area. She is what all other Realtors should be judged against, as her professionalism, advocacy, help, warmth, and genuine care for her clients is without equal. Whether day or night, early or late, in her backyard or three hours away, she makes you feel like her only client and that you deserve her undivided time and attention. While we were out of state Jammie was our eyes, ears, and voice (advocate) through the entire process of finding the proper rental house for my family in Southern Maryland. The market in this area is currently a little bit crazy and the inventory is not abundant. From the beginning, she heard what we wanted and helped/guided us to find a house in a nice neighborhood that met my family needs. Jammie is excellent, professional, diligent, and very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the area. Jamie Reedy has to be one of the best real estate agents I have ever had to privilege to work with. She is sincere in every aspect of real estate. Jamie assisted with the sale of my home in October 2021. During this process, Jamie provided insight in regards to the staging of our home. She would often express the importance of presentation while providing several tips for new sellers. With Jamie’s assistance, we received an offer on our residence in 5 days.
After, selling our first home, we opted to use Jamie Reedy for the purchase of our second home. I knew the challenges we would potentially face in such a competitive buyers market. Jamie knew what we were up against, however she remained persistent. During our home buying process, my family and I viewed over 20 homes. Jamie would sacrifice her personal time to assist in finding our dream. After several “let downs” my wife and I found a home that was perfect for us. Jamie would go above and beyond by contacting the sellers agent personally. Jamie had us submit an offer immediately and it was accepted!!!
I have never met a person so dedicated their work. My wife and I would constantly say “ Jamie is going to kill us”
But she never complained through it all. She is truly heaven sent. I will only choose and recommend Jamie Reedy for my home buying/selling needs!

Jammie is amazing. She has heart and passion for real estate. She truly cares about selling your home and finding a home that’s perfect for you. A week before closing on our house, the buyer dropped out. We were devastated and certain during a pandemic that we were stuck. She promised she’d sell and she did!
