Jans' recent move from a large, national real estate firm to Deland Real Estate will provide her with more time for personal service and a customized approach with each of her clients to build and execute an effective strategy to meet and exceed their goals in the buying or selling process. With over 35+ years of experience and over $300 million in sales, Jan is dedicated to helping all of her clients have a positive real estate experience.

Jan has seen both up and down markets and many changes in the real estate industry! Many years ago, she began her career in a small office that had strong community commitment and a very personal approach. Jan was hooked for life and went on to complete her MBA at Boston College. Upon graduation, she accepted a position in leasing and property management with a large commercial development company specializing in new office buildings, retail, and warehouse construction. After several years, Jan found that she missed working in the residential sector and returned to residential sales with Coldwell Banker. The building boom of the early 2000s was just starting and she was excited to have the opportunity to work on several residential development projects as an on-site sales agent in Boston and Brookline. Once the projects were completed, Jan returned to residential sales winning many top sales awards and helping investors, relocation clients, first-time homebuyers, upsizers, and downsizers buy, rent, or sell in the Boston area. Each transaction and every client has been its own unique journey and Jan has enjoyed helping and meeting so many wonderful people!
