My wife and I were very pleased working with Jan. She is very professional. Jan is one the best realtors, I have worked with in the many real-estate transactions, I have been involved with in the past 35 years.
We listed a lot for sale in Elm Little, received a cash offer in a few days and closed in approximately 2 two weeks! The process was very smooth from beginning to end, Jan did a great job!

I am so thankful for all the help we received from Jan throughout the entire journey of finding and purchasing a gorgeous house in Frisco from out of State. Jan really went above and beyond ensuring that we were informed and taken care of at every step of the way. Jan's husband and business partner Ken took so much time and shared his extensive knowledge when speaking with me on the phone and answering all the questions that I had, then also visiting the houses that we were interested in to film videos not only to show us the houses, but their neighborhoods as well, since we could not do that ourselves.

We got extremely lucky finding Jan and Ken, and we can't wait to begin moving into our beautiful new house that they found for us and helped to purchase! THANK YOU!!!
