Jan Hompesch

Jan is a full-time licensed Realtor serving all of Somerset, Middlesex, and Hunterdon Counties since 1995. She is honored to have received the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award! A great honor. This year she received the RE/MAX platinum sales award, (past years 2009-2024). She had been inducted into RE/MAX Hall of Fame. NJ Monthly Magazine’s “Five Star Real Estate Agent" for the past 14 years excelling in customer satisfaction. She had received the New Jersey Association of Realtor's Circle of Excellence Award for more than 29 years, (1996-2024) closing over $250 million dollars in sales.

In 2019, she received the ABR designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative Specialist. She also has the CNA designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert. In 2011, the CNE designation as a Certified Negotiation Specialist. In 2008, the CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert, designation, helping people who are in financial difficulty make the right decision. She has a system in place to do short sales and help clients avoid foreclosure when possible and necessary. She is also certified as a SRES, Senior Real Estate specialist, helping their Seniors with their home decisions. She continues to educate herself on the changing market to help represent her clients the best possible. She loves working with both buyers and seller with all their real estate needs!
