Jan Kincer

Jan and her hubby Jimmy moved to Possum Kingdom in 1978. They bought the infamous restaurant known as "The Winds." A true labor of love for twenty one years, their restaurant became famous for being the best fine dining and night spot. Many famous Texans can tell you a story or two about Jan. With that said Jan has a way with people and is loved by so many.


In 2000 Jan moved into the real estate business and with her a following of loyal patrons. Jan has been a Top producer at the lake and feels very fortunate to work for each and every customer. She was the Top Producer for the former Johnson Properties for six years running. Jan says it has been a privilege to assist so many wonderful families find their dream lake places.
