Jan helped us with selling our two-flat building as well as selling my mother's house so she could move into a house we bought next door to us. With a lack of reliable comps for these properties in both neighborhoods, Jan priced the building and house to sell, and we sold both for higher than we had hoped. Jan has extensive knowledge in the world of real estate. Our building and my mother's property needed work and she guided us in knowing what projects we should do to get the properties sale ready. She was always honest about the timing of our work and the priorities we needed to focus on. Thanks to her, we were able to update both the building and my mom's house, and each of them sold after the first open house that Jan hosted.
Jan is always easy to reach and consistently responds as soon as she can. Jan helped us to sell our home that had been in our family for 57 years. We'd discussed downsizing for years, but the task seemed SO overwhelming. She helped us determine what needed to be done and with a lot of guidance from her as well as some fantastic referrals to get help accomplishing this gigantic project. We only needed a one weekend showing, with 2 offers within 2 days!!!
