Jan Kwapniewski

Jan R. Kwapniewski was first licensed as a real estate agent in 1985. In 1989 he obtained his Brokers license and became President and Owner of Coccia Realty Inc. which he has expanded into 5 offices serving all of North Central New Jersey.

Jan, or John, as he is known to many clients and customers, is a highly motivated and industrious individual with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in both residential and commercial sales. He is dedicated to the success of his agents and serves as a mentor and coach providing unparalleled education in real estate, transaction management, technology and client support. He employs a dedicated team of office administrators, managers and real estate trainers to support the agents and their clients. John's goal is to ensure that all the full time, professional sales associates at Coccia Realty are equipped to provide the best possible experience for their clients.

John is the recipient of numerous sales awards and has been recognized by many organizations as "Top in his field". As President of Coccia Realty, he was the primary architect for the company's growth and has supervised over thousands of transactions. John has personally listed and sold hundreds of residential and commercial properties and now oversees the transactions of his agents.

Because of Coccia Realty's "Business Model" and John's unique style of management , he has attracted top producing and professional salespeople to his Bergen, Hudson & Morris County offices.

He has also acted as a consultant of value in construction development to many companies and organizations throughout his career.

Coccia Realty's sphere of influence and sales are not limited to Morris, Hudson and Bergen County but include expertise in Essex, Passaic, and Union Counties.

John is a past President of the RealSource Association of Realtors (Greater Bergen Board of Realtors) as well as a past Treasurer. He also held a seat on their Board of Directors for many years. Fluent in Polish, Jan is a member of various social and cultural associations.
