Why Jan? She has been a resident of Kosciusko County for over 30 years, has been licensed in the State of Indiana since 1975 and has extensive knowledge of the Warsaw-Winona Lake areas along with the beautiful lakes area. She knows how to get the job done.

Volunteerism in the community is essential to her life in Warsaw. She is currently serving as President of the MLS- Kosciusko County Board of Realtors and is past President of the Board. . She President of Board the Kosciusko County Redevelopment Commission Board. She also serves on the Board and several committees with the Kosciusko Economic Development Corporation, She has been a Warsaw High School Tennis Coach for the last 19 years and is Secretary/Treasurer for the Warsaw Community Tennis Association which promotes and teaches tennis to over 250 kids from 4-18 years of age in the summer. She is a member of Warsaw Rotary and has served as Secretary and President for her local Rotary club. She is also a former Board Member of Warsaw-Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce.
