03/10/2015 - Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Dexter, OR. Jan helped us list and sell our home in the Eugene, Oregon metro area - Jan also helped us buy a home with land in the country. She did so with grace and ease. She was always quite prompt to return emails, texts, and phone calls. She was always very professional, yet able to be calm, relaxed, and patient - she even won the heart of our (at the time) toddler daughter - and even to this day remains one of my daughters favorite people. At on point, she even made it to our home in VERY inclement weather. I would highly recommend her for any and all of your home selling or buying needs.

10/08/2015 - Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $225K in Santa Clara, Eugene, OR. Jan has been my real estate agent for over 15 years, through the sales and purchases of several homes.
