Jan’s always been driven. Following a successful career as owner of an Indianapolis-based marketing company, Jan moved to sunny Florida with her husband Joe. In her first year in the real estate business, she sold 36 homes. Emboldened by that early success, Jan pursued additional credentials and leadership positions to help her identify and serve the needs of seniors, affluent buyers and sellers and other specialized niche markets.

While serving as caregiver to her parents, Wallace developed her passion for working with and helping seniors and their families navigate the maze of financial and emotional issues that accompany the sale of the home. That intimate experience has given her first-hand understanding of elder care needs and senior transition plans, including downsizing, moving or transitioning to a more supportive environment. Wallace is well versed in VA benefits, the referral of elder law attorneys and an array of other services she can tailor to every client.

That passion and resourcefulness was recognized in 2016 by the National Association of Realtors at its annual conference in Orlando. From a pool of dedicated Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) across the country, Jan was awarded the prestigious Outstanding Service Award for her comprehensive knowledge, service, extraordinary performance and ethical standards on behalf of senior clients.

Jan is the preferred Realtor in more than 30 adult communities in Lee and Collier County. She has served on Board of Directors for the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association for the past two years. In 2011, she became a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, a mark of global market prestige. Affluent buyers and sellers trust the CLHMS designation to identify experts that possess the knowledge, experience, competence and confidence needed to fulfill their objectives. She has served on dozens of professional boards and attained numerous advanced real estate credentials.

Jan’s upbringing in Indiana instilled in her a lifelong appreciation for the Midwestern values of honesty, hard work and willingness to help. She attended Metropolitan State College of Denver while working full time to pay her tuition. She loves animals and enjoys boating and working hard to secure the best that the Southwest Florida lifestyle has to offer for every client.
