We were in the midst of traveling and exploring various homes when we finally found what would become our dream home. At the time, we didn’t have an agent for the area, so we took a leap—and I’m so glad we did, because we found Jan.

Jan served as both the buyer's and seller's agent, and as the buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better advocate. From the start, Jan was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and above all, patient. It felt like she anticipated every need we had and proactively addressed it before we even had to ask. She made sure we were always informed and supported.

We were moving from out of state, which definitely complicated things, but Jan handled every challenge with grace. There were many obstacles (on our end) throughout the process, but Jan was a calming presence during what became a long and stressful journey to closing. Her compassion and understanding made all the difference.

I have purchased quite a few houses in my lifetime in various locations along the East Coast. Jan Ramey won my best realtor award. In this current market I feel like it is a miracle to secure a house - Jan was incredibly responsive with helping us find a home long distance. She listened to our requirements and found a home that checked all of our boxes. Jan was proactive in providing FaceTime tours of several properties we were interested in, allowing us to feel comfortable making offers even though we were out of state. Jan displayed complete flexibility and responsiveness at virtually all hours of the day and stayed one step ahead of us finding properties before we could find them ourselves. I can't sing Jan's praises enough. We were first time home buyers on a tight budget. Jan worked tirelessly to help us find our dream home. She so patiently answered all of our questions and broke the home buying process down step by step and told us what to expect. She had really helpful tips and recommendations. Jan really took an interest and remembered what we liked and disliked about every house that we looked at so that she could find good listings for us. From start to finish, Jan Ramey provided excellent service! We couldn't be happier with the sale of our home. The entire process was smooth and efficient with no major surprises or disappointments.

Jan took the expected stress out of selling our home that we've enjoyed for over 11 years. Her description of our home and the photos taken captured everything we loved about it (she went above and beyond to provide a video fly through of the entire house). We had the added challenge of moving out-of-state in the early phases of selling the house. While this could have made things extremely difficult, Jan took the stress off of us by helping with inspection appointments, paperwork and other issues that arose on our end. In Jan's hands, we always felt that everything in the process of selling was under control. The paperwork on our end was all completed before closing and we got the call closing day that all went well.

Our home went up for sale in late Fall and sold by mid Spring!

She went well above our expectations. We highly recommend her to anyone selling their home.
